These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the 988pk platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any wager. By accessing or using 988pk, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms.

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, expiry dates and maximum bet limits during active bonus play. Bonus abuse or irregular play patterns may result in forfeiture of bonus funds.

Fraudulent activity, collusion, use of automated bots, multi-accounting and exploitation of software errors are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
988pk does not hold a Pakistani gambling licence. Users in Pakistan are responsible for understanding and complying with the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and any other applicable local laws.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and 988pk ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online sports betting and casino platform accessible at https://988pk.cam. By accessing, registering on or using any part of the 988pk platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety.
988pk operates as an international online gaming platform. It does not hold a gambling licence issued by the Government of Pakistan, nor does it operate in formal partnership with any Pakistani regulatory authority or financial institution. Users located in Pakistan are solely responsible for determining whether their use of this platform complies with the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and any other applicable federal or provincial legislation. Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice, and 988pk strongly recommends that users seek independent legal counsel regarding the legality of online gambling in their specific jurisdiction.
If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 988pk platform. Continued use following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.
For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions apply:
You must be at least 18 years of age — or the higher minimum age required by the operator or the laws of your applicable licence jurisdiction — to register an account and place wagers on 988pk. The Platform reserves the right to request proof of age documentation at any time and to suspend or permanently close accounts where age cannot be verified satisfactorily.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that it is lawful for you to access and use the 988pk Platform in your country or territory of residence. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that online gambling is not prohibited by the laws of the jurisdiction in which you are located. 988pk does not accept registrations from residents of jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly unlawful and unambiguously prohibited.
Users located in Pakistan are specifically advised that the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 restricts gambling activity. 988pk does not claim to be authorised, licensed or regulated by any Pakistani governmental authority, including the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) or the State Bank of Pakistan.
Each User is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the Platform at any time. Operating multiple accounts — whether in the same name, under different names, or using different payment methods — constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances including winnings.
To use the Platform's real-money features, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current and complete information including your full name, date of birth, residential address and contact email. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information if it changes.
Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration is a serious breach of these Terms. 988pk reserves the right to close any account where registration information is found to be inaccurate or obtained by deceptive means.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any wager placed through your account using your credentials will be treated as having been placed by you, and you will bear full responsibility for it.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact 988pk support immediately via live chat or at the email address provided in Section 15 of these Terms.
988pk operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) policy in accordance with its compliance obligations. You may be required to submit identity documentation — such as a valid CNIC, passport or utility bill — before making a withdrawal or at any point during your account lifecycle. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable time may result in suspension of withdrawal capabilities or account closure.
988pk processes transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The Platform may reference payment methods familiar to Pakistani users, including but not limited to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah and cryptocurrency options such as BTC and USDT. The availability of any specific payment method in the live cashier may change without prior notice.
Important: References to Pakistani payment providers on this Platform are provided as familiar context only. They do not imply endorsement of gambling activity by any payment provider, nor do they constitute a formal partnership between 988pk and any of those institutions. Each payment provider's own terms and conditions remain fully applicable to all transactions conducted through their services.
Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier section of the Platform at the time of transaction. These limits may vary by payment method and are subject to change. Users should verify current limits in the cashier before initiating a transaction.

Processing times for withdrawals vary by payment method. Indicative timelines are provided in the cashier section and are offered in good faith but are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to KYC review processes, payment provider limitations or technical issues. 988pk is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
The Platform displays balances, wager amounts and returns in PKR. Where cryptocurrency payments are used, the applicable exchange rate at the time of the transaction will determine the PKR-equivalent amount credited. Exchange rate fluctuations between deposit and withdrawal may affect the PKR value received.
All bets placed on the 988pk Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, competition or game type. These rules are available within the Platform and govern the settlement of all wagers. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules.
Bets are final once confirmed. 988pk does not accept requests to cancel confirmed bets unless a specific cancellation policy applies to the relevant market or event. Errors in odds caused by a manifest technical fault may be voided at the Platform's discretion.
Cricket betting markets — including those for Pakistan Super League (PSL) fixtures, ICC tournaments and international Test and T20I matches — are subject to the specific cricket betting rules published on the Platform. Results are determined based on the officially recognised outcome as confirmed by the relevant governing body. 988pk is not affiliated with, endorsed by or officially partnered with the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), PSL, ICC or any cricket team or player.
A bet may be declared void in circumstances including: the event being cancelled or abandoned, a manifest error in odds, or a technical fault that caused incorrect odds to be displayed. Where a bet is voided, the stake is returned to the User's Real Money Balance. Bonus Funds wagered on a voided bet are returned as Bonus Funds in accordance with the applicable bonus terms.
In-play markets are subject to rapid odds changes. Bets placed during a live event are accepted subject to system availability and the prevailing odds at the exact time of acceptance. 988pk is not liable for connectivity issues, delays in live data feeds or user-side network disruptions that may affect in-play bet placement.
All promotional offers — including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free bets and loyalty rewards — are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time the offer is made available. In the event of any conflict between the general terms set out in this Section and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific promotional terms take precedence.
Bonus Funds are not immediately withdrawable. They must be wagered a specified number of times ("rollover" or "wagering requirement") before conversion to withdrawable Real Money Balance is permitted. For example, a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement requires PKR 20,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal eligibility is triggered. Actual wagering requirements for each offer are stated in the promotional terms.
While a bonus is active in your account, a maximum single-bet stake applies. Placing a wager above this limit while a bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and any derived winnings. The applicable maximum bet per round or bet slip is stated in the promotional terms for each offer.
Different game types contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements. As a general guideline, slots typically contribute at a higher rate than live casino table games or sports bets. The specific contribution rates for each game or market type are set out in the individual promotional terms.
Bonus Funds that have not been wagered within the period specified in the applicable promotional terms will expire automatically and be removed from the User's account without compensation. It is the User's responsibility to monitor bonus expiry dates.
988pk reserves the right to withhold, void or reverse bonus funds and associated winnings where it determines — at its reasonable discretion — that bonus terms have been abused. Indicators of bonus abuse include but are not limited to: low-margin betting strategies designed solely to meet wagering requirements, use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or collusive behaviour with other Users.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 988pk Platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of all balances:

All content on the 988pk Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio-visual material, software interfaces and database structures — is the intellectual property of 988pk or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, publicly display, distribute or create derivative works from any Platform content without express written permission from 988pk.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 988pk and its officers, directors, employees and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data or interruption of service.
The Platform is provided on an "as available" basis. 988pk does not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the Platform will be free from errors. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults or third-party disruptions may occasionally affect availability.
988pk is not liable for any losses arising from events beyond its reasonable control, including payment provider failures, telecommunications disruptions, government actions or force majeure events.
988pk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any User account at its discretion, with or without notice, where it reasonably believes that: these Terms have been breached; the account is being used for prohibited activities; KYC verification requirements have not been met; or continued operation of the account presents a risk to the Platform, other Users or third parties.
You may close your account at any time by contacting the 988pk support team via live chat or email. Requests to close accounts for responsible gambling reasons — including self-exclusion — will be actioned immediately. For general account closures, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed subject to KYC and standard withdrawal conditions.
Upon closure of an account, all Bonus Funds and promotional credits will be forfeited. Real Money Balances — subject to KYC clearance and the absence of any outstanding investigations — will be returned to the User's registered payment method. Winnings derived from funds or conduct that violated these Terms may also be forfeited.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 988pk holds its applicable operating licence, as updated from time to time. 988pk does not represent that these Terms comply with the laws of Pakistan or any other specific jurisdiction where Users may be located.
In the event of a dispute arising from your use of the Platform, you should contact 988pk support in the first instance. 988pk will endeavour to resolve disputes promptly and fairly. If an internal resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be referred to the relevant regulatory or dispute resolution body applicable under the Platform's operating licence.
Nothing in this Section prevents a User from pursuing any legal remedies available to them under the laws of their own jurisdiction.
988pk reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, reasonable notice will be provided — typically by displaying a notice on the Platform or by emailing registered Users. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised agreement. If you do not accept any revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your account.
